Geneva Motor Show 2015: Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3

Aston Martin has revealed about the ability of the most extreme mobilmya they ever test before the opening of the public at the Geneva Motor Show in two weeks time. Based on the V12 Vantage S, the V12 Vantage GT3 aimed right scene in the Porsche 911 GT3 and the Bentley Continental GT3-R in the market of luxury track-focused supercar.

Many modifications to the number of GT3 - in fact it still hurt to call the V12 Vantage. The most noticeable difference is the new, more extensive bodywork - 50mm wider than the standard car but what you do not see is that now the entire car with carbon fiber.

It all came together when to form an aerodynamic package that has more in common with Vantage GT3 race car - there is a large carbon splitter in front of the bare carbon and orange accents, while the vented hood larger.

More breadth longer wing houses a large vent behind the front wheels, while the flow into the channel extended sills front brake the rear wheel, which sits in the same arch wider. In the rear sat a full carbon diffuser and a large carbon wing on the bootlid. All parts have orange accents on them and we thought it was the car most purposes we have seen in a long time.

There are also major changes in; by adopting GT3 Vanquish center console are made of carbon, carbon door card and supported new carbon seats.

Mechanical change is not as severe - YM 5.9 liter V12 still active soldiers, this time with 592 + bhp (final calibration must still set) and £ 461 / ft is sent to the rear wheels through the same seven-speed automated manual gearbox of the V12 Vantage S, although with some software changes to speed and torque tube the new magnesium.

With carbon body and other parts of the V12 Vantage GT3 must weigh 150 kg less than the V12 Vantage S at 1,515 kg. 0-62 mph is expected to take time of 3.5 seconds and a top speed of 205 mph has been reduced from V12 Vantage S to 185 mph, primarily due to additional obstacles caused by the aerodynamic package.

So while this is undoubtedly the car to have a spirit of power, you do not need to get too excited. The £ 262,000 Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 has a price, but they only made 100 of them and they've all been sold to the exclusive VIP list on their customers - the same one that offered the One-77 supercar. This VIP is the same one who also might be offered a second announcement in Geneva from Aston - Vulcan.

It seems to be a track-only hypercar far as McLaren P1 GTR and Ferrari FXXK which may be based on the architecture of the One-77, but would be outrageous because the design does not need to comply with the rules of the road.
